well good morning ladies!

hope you have had good week.
i weighed in on sunday morning and i have lost 2lbs taking my total to 40lbs since new years day.

this week is going to be a hard one, i have just found out that kit kat are doing a peanut edition. HELP. :guilty: :guilty: :rolleyes1
 

I was hoping to do better this week, after my terrible weight gain last week, and I have, 3lb loss for me this week.

I have lost 5 1/2 lbs this week so I am pleased.

I have lost 3lb which is my weight gain off from when I was ill :banana:
Am happy to be back at my lowest since we started and am only 5lb behind in my long term 2lb a week target.

Wow - that's amazing! Almost 3 stone in 2 months. What's your secret? I've done my usual trick of keeping my weight stable all over Christmas and my January trip to WDW, and then putting on over half a stone since! D'oh! I go on holiday again in less than 6 weeks, so I need to lose weight fast!
 
I got on the scales last night and have made an executive decision NOT to weigh-in this week :rotfl2: Mainly because I'm far too embarrassed to admit how much weight I've gained in just 5 days :blush: I will update the total weight losses thread tonight (apologies for being late with it this week) and will weigh-in next week as usual, in the hope that I may be able to recoup some of the damage ;)

deb uk - i have done really well, i am so please with myself. i started on atkins and the weight really fell off, and now i just moniter my carb intake.
i do have alot of weight to lose, as i started 18st 8lb. now 15st 10lb
 
Sorry I didn't post last week but I didn;t get weighed. I stayed the same again this week which is getting really annoying now. I'm not cheating but I'm not loosing weight either. I seem to be at a standstill at the moment.
Oh well, keep going I guess.
 
well a bad week for me... 1.5lbs on :rolleyes: just editing this, i actually put on 2lbs, i didnt go last week to ww(no Car) so according to ww i have put on 2lbs this week :guilty:

No change for me this week. So glad after the weekend i had including lager and pasties. Back on track this week.

I have just ordered a 2-course meal from the indian. i havnt eaten one since new year eve before diet.

chicken tikka starter, chicken madras and nan and mushroon pilar rice.

what have i done.....? :guilty:
