So I have seen they added a 2nd MSEP on 4/20 but as of yet have not changed the EMH from 11pm to 1am and the parade is scheduled for 11pm. When do you think the EMH time is going to change, per my previous thread I was told its unlikely that they have a parade during EMH. Do you think they will change from 11pm to 1am to 12am to 2am?
