2FA is Back

Trying to log on to my 2 DVC accounts and had to do 2FA for both.

This website is just embarrassing all around.

I just logged on and 2FA was not required.

Now both my accounts are locked and I am the phone with MS.

No 2fa here either. I did get invited to take a survey though!

Was finally able to get into one of my accounts.
The account I first called MS about, I still can not access.
Getting multiple different messages when logging in.
MS says they are having issues with some S/W items and accessing some people's accounts.
Have gotten multiple requests to take a survey, Disney does not want me to do that right now.

Finally after an 1 hour wait for the backroom to do whatever. I can now get into my accounts, still had to do 2FA to access.
