Ok,
Quick question, Any strong requests from past experiences? Such as, close to elevator, or specific room # and or floor? I know they are only requests, and not guaranteed, but I thought someone with past experience may be able to give me some good tips.. Thank you in advance!

We have only stayed in a 2 bedroom once, but we lucked out with a great room. We were LV and winded up on the 8th floor north side. We over looked the lake but you had a view of Space Mountain and if you look left off the mb balcony there was the castle. We could watch Wishes Fireworks from our sofa..... It was great.
Quiet location, of course further east from bridge to CR but my boys are older so no problem.

We will be there this June in a 1 bed LV and I requested the same location.

Good luck....

Most people request highest floor possible

Looking at the room map on the BLT views thread, it looks like:
- even number rooms are on the outside of the "C"
- odd numbered rooms are on the inside of the "C". I would prefer the view on the outside so im not looking across at other rooms

If you really want to get specific: this is all strictly according to the room guide (cant guarantee accuracy)
- a dedicated 2 BR ending in 12 is the jackpot. Theres only 3 of them, but they are all on a high floor and are right next to the MK view rooms
- rooms ending in 02 offer a slim lake view, but you can see MK and fireworks to your left
- rooms ending in 44 seem to offer the most stunning view of bay lake, but no MK
- if you end up with an odd numbered room, those ending in 29 and 17 are the most centered, so you get a nice view of the pool and bay lake in the background
- those ending in 41 and 05 will face directly towards rooms on the other side of the hotel. Try to avoid these (based on view) if you can

We stayed in a 2BR in Sept. I had hoped for a view of MK even tho we booked LV. We ended up on the top floor in the last room closest to the Cont...I can't remember the room number. We had a LV but we were on the inside of the C...staring across the pool, etc. I ended up really liking the room b/c it gave my son and I hours of time on the balcony watching the pool and lake activities but really loved it b/c we were just down the hall from ToTW so I often took the kids to watch the fireworks already in their pjs and since I was the only adult I could go grab a drink after the kids went to bed and take it back to my room to sit out on my balcony.

ok, so I should definitely try to get a look at the map of BLT and see what room is where, etc... I truly appreciate the feed back.. So looking forward to this trip in March, 1st time we are having another family stay with us...

An even number room gives you a larger living room because of the shape of the building, the rooms on the outside are pie shaped and the extra space was added to the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen also has an island with two more seats for dining.

The odd number 2BRs have laundry room whereas the even number rooms only have a stacked washer and dryer in a closet. The laundry room gives you a little more storage space for your luggage.

Our BLT 2Bed LV, Room # 7429--about two rooms down from elevator. Found it to be quiet, nice view. 4th floor. Watched electrical parade. Pics:

That is really good to know. We are maxing out the room this stay with a total of 9, so the bigger space is what we are looking for... I am definitely requesting the even number room and crossing my fingers that my request comes through!

thank you so much for those photos... I can't wait!

Our first "lake view" was second floor inside the C. We could barely see the water.

I complained and they moved us to the floor right under the GV's overlooking Bay Lake and the Contemporary.

Point is, there is a wide variety / quality of rooms they label as "lake view."
If you get a real bad one, complain.
