I have gone 3 times leaving next week again and still can't remember........do they have hairdryers? My guess is no?

Yes, they do. One in each bathroom.

Our last trip we were in a dedicated and the hair dryer was missing in the second bathroom. Don't know if that was by design or if someone removed it.
