29 BWV points for rent @$18 ppt Must be used by 7/31/22

I have ONLY 29 points for rent at $18 per point. The points must be used by 7/31/22. (the points can not be used for dates after 7/31/22) and can not be transferred. The points can accommodate a one-two night stay .
The home resort is Boardwalk Villa (BWV) .

Please provide me a PM with the following information and I will check availability:
- Resort Preference
- Room type and view
- Date of check in and date of check out
-Number of guests, including ages of any children in the group

I have been a DVC member since 2002 and have been renting points since 2011. I use a contract and have references.
Payments are made via PayPal (friends and family only), Zelle, or Venmo

Hello! I have a group of 7, two children (ages 4 and 1) going from May 14-21 (so, in a month). I don't know if anything is available for that time period, and I don't have room or view preferences. I do know that I've always wanted to stay at a DVC!

Hello! I have a group of 7, two children (ages 4 and 1) going from May 14-21 (so, in a month). I don't know if anything is available for that time period, and I don't have room or view preferences. I do know that I've always wanted to stay at a DVC!

For a party of 7 - you will need either 2 studios or a 2 bedroom . For a weeks stay, it is well over 300 points for a 2 bedroom. I only have 29 points available for rent. You may want to reach out to another member that has more points for rent.
I did check the dates and right now there is nothing available. If you do reach out to another member, in order to secure a reservation you will be required to provide information to them via the PM (private message) system.

There is nothing available for those date 28th or 29th. Boardwalk does have the night of June 3rd opened for 15 vacation points
