Ive had many periods of depression and also lots of manic episodes. I havnt been good at taking my meds regularly for several years now; sooo I am sorry if there has been anyone that I have said hurtful things to while being manic or depressed. Those who said hurtful things to me, I'm not a troll but I'm not offended- I know it is hard to understand someone as unbalanced as I am. Well that's all.
