25th Wedding Anniv Trip

My DH and I will be staying at the YC for 10 days starting the 12th to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Does anyone have any suggestions of some fun/romantic/neat things that we might do? We've been to WDW 7 times in the last six years and I can't think of anything unique that we haven't already seen/done.

Have you tried Victoria and Albert CHEF TABLE ?
We did years ago and it is as romantic and unique as it can be !!

We also liked very much the Illumination cruise for the TWO OF US , with champagne and canapes ... not sure if it is still offered.

As we are very fonf of AKL resort , we loved the SAFARIS they offer on the property grounds - followed by a wonderful ethnic dinner at Jiko.
