I just bought a Purple one. Not sure how this is even possible ... I was positive I'd never get one, but I guess I got lucky.

They are 2500 per color TOTAL. So some of them went to Disney Store, some went to the Shop Disney Parks app, and some went to WDW directly, but TOTAL they are 2500 PER COLOR.

I suspect they allotted a specific number to each of the three purchase methods. I know for a fact that disneystore.com inventory is totally separate.

People are asking that much, but I don't see any that actually sold for $150.....not too many hAve sold at all

Hey All--- It seems purple bands are sold out... I did get my first pick this morning on some-- thanks all for the time updates and I just ordered a few more. Love Disney!

I didn't do the turnstile video, because I thought I would get it at a fastpass location with the sound. But then when I got to the fastpass locations, it was only sound and not the lights like at the turnstile. But anyway here is the dark-can't-see-anything video that I took at Big Thunder with it, with the slightly different chime. I wasn't even going to post it, but oh well here it is.

Are you sure this isn't the same normal chime? What do the normal bands sound like again? It sounds very similar.

Well it isn't the same chime as in the video- now I don't think the turnstiles chime anyway anymore- it seems to have an extra part of the chime at the end that the regular ones don't do at the fastpass locations. But I agree it is similar, and was not that impressed.

I saw this too. Holy smokes! I have not drank quite that much Kool-Aid to justify that kind of cash for one, no matter how cool they are. Almost, but not quite that much...
