Very interested in a studio or 1 BR at any resort for check in 12/3 checkout 12/6. If none of those dates work, could change to any three consecutive nights between 11/30 and 12/7.

I'm sorry I thought I had gotten back to you earlier today. November 29 30th December 2 and December 4 are available and animal kingdom in the studio. Nothing at Beach club boardwalk wilderness Lodge or grand Floridian. Saratoga has five consecutive nights starting November 29. Old Key West studio has zero nights available but in a one bedroom it has four nights starting November 29. BLT has three nights starting November 30 in a Lakeview studio. That's kind of rare. Let me know if you'd like to book any of these.

Also Saratoga has every night of your potential 8 dates in a one bedroom if you want to start on December 3. One-bedrooms cost about double a studio.

Hi. I just checked. Both Jambo and Kidani AKV have savannah view studios available for your 6 nts for 86 points. Let me know if you are wanting to book this.

The process is like this, in case you've never rented points before:
I'll need names of those in the room, ages if children, your address and phone number. I'll forward confirmation from Disney and a rental agreement outlining the details. You will make a deposit of 1/2 upon signing agreement and returning a copy, then 90 days out the 2/2 payment. You can do check or PayPal, which adds 2.9%. It also discusses canceling issues should that occur and such.

Hi. In a one bedroom- Saratoga has a night for 24 pts. But every other resort has nothing.

2BR- OKW for 29 pts. AKV Kidani Savanna view for 37 pts. SSR for 33 pts and a treehouse villa at SSR is 39. Nothing anywhere else. I've booked about 6 reservations for people in the last few weeks and food and wine festival is going quickly. If you are at a place you can make a decision my advice would be don't wait. If you want to book something I'll need your names for everyone staying in the room, ages of children, an address, and a phone number. I'll also need an email to send your confirmation.

Hi. AKV has no value nts. Its pretty rare to get inside of 7 months and get value anywhere as those owners generally book for better value 7-11 months out. Also, BWV has no standard/value nts. In fact only 1 other in a preferred view.
However AKV had 4 nts in standard which is only 60 points instead of 48. As it's so far out youd have to waitlist, but those odds aren't too bad. Of course SSR is fully available for 69 points.
