I don't know if this has already been listed or not, but I wanted to make sure to let everyone know, just in case.
You can now get $25 restaurant.com gift certificates for $2.
I picked up one for a local restaurant, I have been wanting to try. There wasn't a lot of options for my area, but if you live in a bigger city, you could really save some $$$$.:goodvibes
The one I got was $10 for a $25 GC, then use the discount code INDULGE for another 80% off, making it only $2.
I had to let all my budget minded DIS friends know!!!:thumbsup2

I love doing this with the one restaurant near us that is on their list. We usually spend about $35-$40 (family of 4) each time we eat there, and getting the $25 off makes the meal normally around $20 with tip! Which reminds me, I have one more to use before I need to stock up again...

I got about 6 of these about 4 months ago with a 90% code,so a $25 certificate was $1.Remember that each restaurant has requirements on their use.For example how much you have to spend, like you must spend $50 on a $25 certificate or $100 on a $50 certificate,or you have to use them for dinner only etc..I kind of got burned last time I used them as I had bought two certificates for BB Kings in Pointe Orlando, the second time I went they wanted $5 a head for the entertainment who wasn't someone famous and the first time I used the certificate there was also entertainment but no cover,so out went my savings,it's OK though as the food and the music were good.

If any of you have used these at restaurants near WDW, could you post where and if they were worth it?
I was looking at some but couldn't decide what to get.

Thanks!

I love restaurant.com! Just ordered some for local restaurants that just started putting certificates on there. $130 worth for $8. Plus, sunshine rewards pays 10% when you go through them. Yippee. love it!

how does this work? Do yuo just print out the certificates once you buy them? i am interested in trying this.

If you sign up for emails, this offer comes around pretty much every week on this site.

Yes after you buy the certificate, you just print it out. I always get one for Ted's Montana Grill and DH's fave, Johnny's Pizza. You do have to ready the fine print first, but they usually are a good deal if you know how much you normally spend in a resturant.

I didn't know. This is my first time using this site, and it sounded like a great deal, even with the fine print.
I just stumbled across it while searching for something else, and thought maybe someone else could use the info too.

Thank you! I had stopped looking at restaurant.com since there was never anywhere we wanted to go

A whole bunch of new choices! Going to dinner tonight  somewhere we haven't been in a long time, had gotten a tad pricey for what it was. But with $25 (for $2:cool1:) we are going there tonight
