if i buy direct from Disney 25 point at a sold out resort like bwv or akv for a use year of feb would i get 25 point for 2017 with 25 points for 2018 or just 2018 points

For Feb UY you get Feb 2017 and forward since that is the UY you would be in. If one were buying Dec UY, they would get Dec 2016 points and forward since they would still be in that UY.
