25% Member Discount on Cash thru MS

Has anyone ever been able to get the 25% Member cash discount on a Grand Villa? Thanks.

If it is available, you should be able to get it. However, GVs are usually in demand, so it might not be available unless you are looking for weekend nights.

Do you recall the rack rate for a grand villa at Vero Beach for Friday and Saturday?

We've been able to do that at OKW and at HH. We had one at OKW this summer and have one reserved at HH for next year. The HH rate for next July - with the discount - is $584.25 plus tax. The rate for the OKW GV was a little more this past summer.

The rack rate for value season at OKW & SSR GV is $1,170, regular season is $1,305. Add 12.5% tax and then subtract the 25% discount.
