$25 kids Auto Train ticket help!

This is what my email says "A family trip without the traffic

Because when you take the Auto Train® for your next family trip, you’ll skip the traffic and go right to the savings. Book your tickets for the Auto Train between March 28 and May 24, 2012, then travel between May 30 and August 29, 2012 and kids ride for just $25." but when ever I click the link to book our August dates it brings my 2 child tickets to $152 one way not the expected $50. Anyone know what gives???

For me, it shows the discount on step 3, as along as I do not choose any rooms options.
