We did last year. It's mainly online with minimal interaction with the guide.

I did one earlier this year (not the same offer, but similar wording). The guide I spoke to wasn't all that interested in "selling" me over the phone (I guess phone sales on expensive things like a timeshare would be difficult). He literally just sent me a few email brochures and then promised to drop the GC in the mail. It arrived after a few weeks in a non-Disney envelop (kind of looks like junk email to me initially).

I did receive an email offer and that's how I found out. I supposed you can call and inquire.
