25% Discount off rack rates?

Hi Everyone,

I know this was asked before but now I can't find it! I am looking for a list of rack rates and at what accommodations it might apply. Checked at DVC home page and looked through all my Disney "stuff" and did not see it either.

I don't know where to find the rack rates, but I can tell you that the 25% discount applies only to DVC accomodations- and you need to call MS to find out when/if they are available.

Does anyone know how far in advance they usually release the discount?
