240 AKV pts to rent / transfer @ $13 pt

$12 pt for 240 AKV pts from 2015 (banked from 2014) with Feb UY for rent or $13 pt if part of them.

I am DVC member since 2009 and these 240 pts are from a recent re-sale I purchased. I don't need the pts at this time and would like to sell them to help cover the cost of my purchase. To verify this contract you can find it listed on the Orange County Florida website. References available.

I accept personal check, cashier's check or paypal (with buyer paying the 2.9%).

I just checked the one bedroom villas for a family of five.... all options only had one night available for booking with DVC pts. Might find them if you paid cash.

Sorry-didn't get bak to you yesterday.

Can use the pts anywhere but I can't book non-home resorts yet.

Home Resort (AKV & BLT): You can book your arrival as far out as September 9, 2015 for a stay up to September 16, 2015.
Non-Home Resort: You can book your arrival as far out as May 9, 2015.

I have 379 AKV pts
240 are 2015 & 139 pts are 2014 (banked into 2015)

Someone has a transaction going with me and wait listed a couple extra days. Not sure if he will need more of my pts. I would double check with him before I know if I an rent all 379 pts.
