24 Hours! I just printed my boarding passes!

Have my boarding passes... all packed... just need snacks for the plane ride... 24 more hours till our flight takes off! 26 more hours until we are on the ground in California! And about 27.5 hours till we are at the DLH!!!



Now, go away smoke and Santa Ana winds!

Woohoo! I'll be doing that soon too. Our plane takes off about 24.5 hrs from now. LOL I'm debating getting face masks for the smoke. Did you do that? I might just wait until we get there and get some if needed since we will have a car. I hope local traffic isn't too bad. I've heard I-15 is horrible with all the people trying to get out of California. And here we are going into it!

No masks here... going to trust that the winds are dying down today, might be a bit smoky still tomorrow, but I am hopeful for Th-Sat... If everyone is leaving, I would think the freeways in would be easier to travel... I hope so at least! Maybe it'll cut down on the crowds a bit too, if people are leary about being out and about?

Gotta be a positive spin...

Leaving for the airport in less than 27 hours. It's a 4 1/2 hour drive to the airport, bummer. MIL has problems with her lungs, think I'll suggest a mask for her. At least if she needs it, she'll have one with her. Hopefully the winds will die down. So sorry for all of the people who have lost their homes and have had to flee. God be with them!!!
