Almost in the double digits countdown!

wayneg - can you add cabin 7082 to our cruise list and FE exchange? They are DW, DH, DS(8), DS(5). Also from Newfoundland.

We are actually from St. John's, Newfoundland if you want a more accurate link.

Getting excited now, time to start planning those FEs!

We've been trying to pick some items too. Since this is our first DCL trip, we also have to create some type of FE. I don't know if I can take the pressure. I guess I should take a cruise to relax...:woohoo:

You asked for town hyperlink update. In the oh-so-small area of sunny Hatfield, PA, there is a township and a borough completely enclosed within that township. The hyperlink we currently have is for the borough but both of us are township residents. While trying to figure out whether my friend is in the township, I also managed to learn that the borough came about due to an argument regarding adding more gaslights on the streets. You learn something new (and silly) everyday!! I'm enjoying browsing all of the other links also.

Here's the Hatfield Township, PA wikipedia link.

I made our FE for a few dollars, I took 3 small 6 inch or so canvas bags, added our names and Mickey heads and then strung them together with red ribbon. I love the traditional looking FE, but I did love mine more for the price! I can't sew so this was a great alternative for me. Plus I was not sure if we were going to love disney cruising, so I did not want to invest alot. Silly me. Since we are about to sail on #3.

Me too, I like to know where we are all from.

Hi Sherry, added cabin for you, please check and let me know if I can add anything, names etc. Are they friends or relations to you? Link

We are in full swing preparing FE gifts. Spent a few hours at the weekend doing things, just ordered more this evening.:goodvibes

Thanks Wayne - the info looks great! I will check with them about adding their names (the wife just wanted to ask the husband! :)) but they are friends of ours in the adjoining cabin.

Just booked Palo and Remy! Got everything I wanted at the times I wanted! :woohoo:

One step closer to summer vacation! :beach:

And we are right with you - Palo dinner booked for this leg of our b2b and will attempt to do Remy on the next one. Tried to get Palo brunch but the reservations were all gone already. Hopefully we'll be able to book it when we board.

I also booked the Wild Side for my soon to be 14 yo DD. Anyone else's child signed up for that?

Nancy

Hello Everyone:
Been away for several weeks, just caught up with everything. We surprised the kids and took them to Disney World for April vacation. It was nice to get away to the heat since we had a terrible winter and so far a not so nice spring. The cruise is coming quickly, we all can't wait.

We couldn't get the brunch for this part of our B2B either, but we decided to sign up for the "high tea". Our 16 yo DS is signed up for the Wild Side. Our 13 yo DS decided to stay with us and his 10 yo sister to do the stingrays, bike, snorkelling, float package.

Two days till final payment! I love that honestly, it means heck yeah, no matter what I am going on vacation!!!!

I love this - this is the way I feel too. No matter what, we're committed, and I don't have to worry any more about it.

We've got our hotel booked for the night before (we are staying by the port - we changed our minds about doing Disney the night before), and all of our arrangements for five nights afterwards. Hooray!

My son does not want to do the "wild side" (15yo) he says it's "dumb" ...ah 15 yr old angst :confused3

Yea...no ressies for palo brunch or high tea by the time I got on this morning....but its all good...not like I will be suffering from lack of good food :rotfl2:

Disneyland tickets and vouchers came today....Cali is a good pre cruise diversion:wizard:

Teen angst - gotta love it. I told my DD 14 about the wild side and she made a face so I switched it to para sailing. If enough teens that we "know" on the boards are doing the wild side, she might want to switch back.

Brunch and high tea were both gone by the time we logged on. DH is convinced he can get brunch reservations once we board...we will see.

Before final payment, I knew we could still change our minds so I was not posting much thinking that we might cancel. Now that we're committed, I guess I'll be posting more.... ;)

We're booked at the Radisson Resort at the Port. I booked the regular package since we've done it before and had free shuttle and parking. Just heard that all reservations made after May 1st had to book the Park and Cruise package to get the shuttle and parking. Fortunately, I booked before May 1st, but just wanted to make sure everyone heard about the changes.

Last cruise was all booked up online so we went straight to book Palo brunch as soon as we boarded, plenty of availability. You should have no trouble.

Just to cover our bases, I booked Remy for that night. If we can book Palo Brunch when we board, we'll cancel our Remy reservations.

(can you imagine Palo brunch and Remy dinner on the same day??? I'd feel )

Haven't been on for awhile but just made final payment and the excitement is starting to build again. I was hoping to do Palo brunch but they were all booked up online so maybe I'll try when we get on the ship.

We don't have any excursions booked in Nassau. I have been toying with taking a taxi over to Atlantis but am not sure at this point what we will do.

We are also doing WDW for four days before the cruise. Anyone else doing any WDW days before?
