In regards to the pictures, it is just like when you attach a photo to an email. you upload it directly from your harddrive to theirs, it is very easy (as long as you know where the picture is saved)

Yes if there are no bid whatever price it say is the "opening" bid or the sellers starting price.

No you do not need html, you can add html but it is not necessary.

I got a form from my post office for ordering priority boxes. You can also ck the website, sorry I don't have a link. They do come in a variety of sizes though.

Somewhere on their site is the source to order the Priority boxes. Our PO has only the flat envelopes and one size of boxes. Mary indicated to me that normally any other size has to be ordered directly from PO (at no charge).

DON'T FORGET - if you are starting an auction in the next little bit, Priority Rates will now be by zone when the postage date changes on ?27th.. I believe it will start at $4.++ up to close to $7 something depending on zone for up to 2 pounds. That will make it difficult to do a fixed rate quote in your auction. You'll probably have to give a range. (Regular flat envelopes are all one rate if I remember correctly).

Are the new rate changes only for Priority or all forms of shipping?

Also, what kind of scale do you use for weighing your items?

their will be new rates for everything beginning June 30 (why a sunday I am not sure). The regualr first class postage stamp will be $0.37 up $0.03.
