Yes you read right I have no plan but feel I should at least get some opinions. We will be in dlr area april 27th late late thru may 3rd early. That being said we have the 28th thru 2nd to use our 3 day park hopper passes. I've been to dl in fact grew up few miles from there however never been to dca. My bff & grandson age 2 have never been to cali, the bff has been to wdw tho. So my ? Is what do you think is a must ride for bff that he didnt exp @ wdw, I've never been to wdw. I've read hydro post but still uncertain which I should absolutely make sure he goes on...not sure how the grandson will do period so since the trip is being provided by bff I want to make sure he had fun. Were going to beach/sitesee/hollywood one or two days. We want to see fireworks but don't care about woc. So if your still with me....what days for best fireworks, what rides are must do and oh how I love you all this board its the best

Try to see fireworks first night. That way if they get canceled that night you still have 2 days to try and see them. If you wait till your last day and weather keeps them from happening then your SOL.

As for rides you should be able to get to just about everything you want in 3 days. Use FP a lot and also get to busy rides early and then rides that don't get big lines go to after it gets crowded. Also you may want to take advantage of rider swap for rides your GS isn't big enough or is too scared to ride.

Things to do now are look at the entertainment schedule for your dates and figure out which shows you do want to see and which show times you would want to see them. Shows like Aladdin are best (IMO ) in the afternoon (2 or 3) because it's crowded in the parks and you will usually want a break around that time and it's nice to sit down to a show. Also your GS would live playhouse Disney if he watches any of the shows on Disney channel. We like to use meals and shows as our sit down breaks when we get tired of walking.
