$205 per night Vero Beach Oceanview Inn Room in August?

Just wondering if this is a good price? We are out of points for the year, but would love to get away to Vero this summer. $205 was the price on the Disney website, I was wondering if this is a good price or not?
Just thought I'd ask.

Sounds a little high to me for hurricane season. It's been a couple of years, but we got a 1BR for just over $200 ($215-$220 I think) in Oct 2008 and 2009 (one year a regular discount, 2009 was a DVC 25% member discount). I thought the Inn rooms were a bit less.
