2026 Strength Training Accountability Thread

Finally have something to contribute to the thread haha. Did my first post marathon strength training workout last night while cooking mac and cheese for the kids and while they ate it 🤣 . Did Caroline Girvan Iron Series Week 1 Day 1 Legs. It was about 35 minutes (60 seconds work 30 seconds rest) of variations of squats and lunges plus RDLs.
 
Routine lower body lifting last night with a decent high impact elliptical session to start. Added weight to the leg press, leg curl and adductor. Also tossed in the captain's chair after rotary torso because I felt like it.
