College football is back! Which games are you watching this weekend?

I’ll be rooting for my Monarchs to beat Indiana this afternoon!

Rooting for nobody. Just means another Saturday night with no local news on ANY channel until 10 pm. When I was still working hated this time of year. We would get angry calls in the newsroom over which game the network decided to show. The networks carry different games in Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones based on them deciding which game would be of the most interest to that region. Insider tip, if two east coast teams are playing, don't expect that game to be airing on the west coast.

Had to google a Monarch.

This house cheers for BIG RED aka Nebraska. They were thrilled to get back to a bowl game last year and made the trek to NYC. Really hoping NE is "back in the game" with their first win on Thursday. And hoping they make their way back to a warmer bowl game (and east of the Mississippi).

We were rooting for Texas (for betting purposes only) but that didn't work out as planned . We will root for Penn State through the season, neither one of us went there, but once we relocated to Philly 10 years ago, it made sense to enjoy the fun.

Daughter graduated from Clemson in may, she’s down there tailgating right now, so we will watch. I noticed FSU on my calendar so I’m guessing she has another flight booked.

Not a huge college football fan since my college was always horrible. In my house and my family they bleed blue and white so Penn State is on right now. My brother and daughter did graduate from there so I'll root for them silently. My grandson plays football so my husband is hoping that's where he will go to college and quarterback for them. He has a wait since the grandson is only in 6th grade this year.

My team lost… that was expected considering Indiana is a Big Ten team…
