2020 Recovery Promo and refillable mugs

Silly question... We originally booked with the free dining promo, which is now the Recovery 2020 Promo. Curious if we still get refillable mugs included with our stay. Anyone know?

We never drink sugary drinks, but It's Disney. We might indulge. And the mugs would be perfect to use on our boat!
