2020 packages release date???

any idea how soon the 2020 packages will be released?
I know historically it has been mid-end of June but considering how random Disney has been lately with the discounts, do you still think it will be around the same time?
And any insight as to whether there will be another price increase? I am considering buying annual passes for future usage as an investment...

Historical trends? Since context is 2020, I think the odds very high there will be an increase no later than February.
