2020- one time points ?

I have 0 points in 2020. My UY is Dec.
Can I purchase one time points for a trip before my 2021 points?

They can be purchased for trips at the 7 month window or less, up to 24 per UY.

So, yes, you can get them for your 2020 UY assuming you have not gotten any.

And per contract or just minimum 24 no matter how many contracts?

Yes you can purchase OTUPs, even with borrowing restrictions.

It's per membership. 24 per UY.

So if you have 2 contracts under the same membership, it's a limit of 24 points for the UY. If you have 2 contracts under different memberships, then each membership can purchase 24 OTUPs during each of their UTs.

To add, they can only be bought when making a reservation and will expire at the end of the UY of the trip if it was canceled. They can not be banked or borrowed.
