2020 Extra Magic Hours

We are booked for the first week of Feb 2020 and it’s almost time to make our dining reservations. We would like to hit any ticked “early morning” or “late night” events offered, and would like to make our reservations around which parks are offering and what days. We don’t want to do the extra Magic hours because they tend to be over crowded. Any idea as to how far in advance they post these events?

Not far enough in advance for your ADRs unfortunately.

I am planning my trips days by going off of the EMH/EMM times from the previous year and hoping it will be the same for our trip.

EMM historically has been...but who knows if it will stay the same in 2020 because of SWGE
MK Sunday & Tuesday
HS Monday & Wednesday

EMH for AK historically has been Saturday & Tuesday as this is the one you want to try for because of lighter crowds for FOP.

Last year we went first week of February and they had a DVC exclusive after hours event, but no other ones.

It looks like MK had one every thursday in Feb last year, HS also had them.

I'm sure they will start up the paid events again in 2020.

EMH can change and there can be an outlier, but for the most part they seem to be:

Sat- AM AK
Sun- AM HS
Mon- AM AK
Tues- PM EP
Wed- PM MK
Thurs- AM EP
Fri- AM MK

They've been that way since our trip in January 2016 when we started utilizing them. Like I said, there may be a week that is a little different here and there, but for the most part that's what they are.

I think many of us are looking for the paid (or DVC) late night events, not the regular EMH events. But of course, too soon to know those.
