Hi everyone! My family says all the trips I "MADE" them take over the years ruined the magic of Disney. (Yeah, I don't understand that statement either! 🤣) So, I talked them into taking a trip with another family. I've been "corona scared", but I'm going to put my fears aside (somehow) for a week in November. I've never gone during NJ teacher convention week, but heard that was a terrible time to go. But we booked for that week cause I'm from Jersey and there's no school! Given the virus and the lower crowds right now, does anyone have any thoughts on anticipated crowds the first week of November?? I don't want to cancel, but the cancel time is quickly approaching.

From what I've seen from Vloggers going during the week is a different experience than over the weekend so keep that in mind as you plan. The governor of Florida just started talking about allowing theme parks to increase their capacity. Whether Disney will do that or not, I'm not sure.

I don't think it is a teacher's convention at WDW. It's just that NJ teachers have time off. We've gone when our visit overlapped with "Jersey Week" and never really noticed the crowds.

Due to covid, I don't think anyone can provide anything other then random guesses about future crowd levels. There isn't any experience to draw from, so one guess would be as good as any other.

The crowd tracker I use just dropped our week in Feb from 7-10 crowds to 1-3. First week of November is at 1-2 according to it. I would keep checking.

With the economy being what it is - I would expect 2020 to remain empty compared to what the regulars would know it as.

I believe Disney lets you cancel up to 7 days prior to trip right now because of Covid

As of today don’t you have to quarantine for 14 days after A florida visit if you live in NJ? I would think that would keep many from coming
