I called rates come out on the 19th

On the Disney Travel Agent site it still doesn't look like 2019 is available. Any insight on this? So frustrating!!

I just called and spoke to Carissa at Aulani. She said July and to keep checking :-(

they told me the other day the rates came out on the 19th. I guess he didn't know what he was talking about.. Bummer
