When do you think 2018 rates will come out? And what can I expect for Jan 2-6? Traditionally low season but am wondering if it will be different because I think many schools will still be on break....

Usually June-July time frame. Sometimes as late as August, but usually June-July.

This shows what it was for 2017. I've found I can get a pretty good idea if I add 8%-14% to the previous years rack rates.

We're watching this too. DH and I have a 4 day cruise booked with DCL in Jan 2018 and are considering 4 days in the parks after we return.

Actually, your dates include marathon, which has a special rate tier. It is not what you would consider a low season rate.
