2018 QS Swapping

Hi Guys,

We are looking forward to our 2018 trip this year. The last time we went was 2016 when you got an entree, a drink and a dessert as part of your QS. On the Disney flyer it also said you could 'swap your drink for a side or extra dessert' and 'swap dessert for extra drink or side' - something we often did, especially when eating at a resort as we used the mugs for the drink then got a side of fruit. As the QS is now just 1 entree and 1 drink, can you still swap the drink for a dessert or side, or is it fixed at a drink?

When we were at POP in August 2017 (and qs meal consisted of only drink/entree) we were NOT able to swap out drink for side/dessert at POP; however, we could cross the bridge and walk to AoA, where they allowed the swap. I would also be interested to hear if other / any resorts are still allowing this in 2018.

Thanks @OurLaughingPlace. Also, is it still the case that in 2018 you can swap a QS for 3 snacks? Did this in 2016 at the end of our trip as we had left overs.

We did this in 2017 as well ... also interested to hear if this is something happening with the 2018 plan.

One QS entitlement can be used to purchase 3 snacks with 2018 plan
