2018 Opening Day Booking with a Travel agent?

It's been years since I've booked a Disney cruise and I have never booked on the opening day. However, I want to book a cruise for April 2018 and I was wondering, can you only book opening day through DCL or can I book through a TA (specifically Costco Travel).

If I can get their perks combined with the opening day pricing, that would be fabulous.

Certainly you can have your TA book for you on opening day.

You can only book tomorrow if you are Gold or Platinum Castaway Club member, and it must be done via telephone -- either you directly or a TA on your behalf. If you are a Silver CC member, you can book online or by phone starting Thursday -- again either you directly or a TA on your behalf. If you haven't already contacted a TA I suggest doing so immediately; many have a list of repeat clients for whom they'll be booking, and will put you at the bottom of their list. Oh, now I see you said Costco; I don't know if they keep a list of clients or I think you just call through them directly when ready to book.

Another quick question, if I book through a Travel agent, can I use the Disney Vacation Account to make payments???

Yes you can use you Disney vacation account to make payments, its kind of weird, its the only time you contact Disney directly when you are using a travel agent. Just call Disney and let them know you want to make a payment with your savings account. You will have to have you account number emailed to you first (only the last 4 digits are available online, the rest come by email)
