I am still debating spending the money for our first MVMCP on November 27. I saw a post that not everything can be done in one party.

I am assuming that means all the rides, all shows, all characters??

I would say our priorities are in order: Rides, Shows/Parade, character meet and greet, fireworks.

So will it be possible for my family (2 adults, & 13 old DS) get everything done in one night? How crowded is crowded, wait times 15 min, 20 min, 30 min?

It sounds like a lot of fun, so I guess I just am trying to find out what to expect.

Depends on the day. Week days are less crowded than weekend parties. You can get quite a few rides done especially if you enter the park at 4:00, the earliest time for a party ticket. If the party is sold out you will see some 30 minute waits on some rides.

To us, the main attractions are the shows, fireworks, and parades. The rides are secondary since we've ridden all of them at one time or another. Jungle Boat (Jingle Cruise) at night is great.

We did the party a couple years ago and entered at 4:00. Since this was an add-on to our cruise, and our only park ticket, we focused on the rides. We did almost all the rides. The ones I know we DID NOT do are: Astro Orbiter, Carousel of Progress, Speedway cars, Monsters Inc, Teacups, Barnstormer, Dumbo, Splash (it was down for refurb), Magic Carpets, Treehouse. I'm pretty sure we hit everything else.

However, we saw no characters and no shows and watched the fireworks from behind the castle while riding 7DMT.

This was 3 adults, no kids.
