Are these different than what was announced before the meeting?

I’m confused because SSR was lower than BLT last year and the percentage increase at SSR is also lower, but the total dues at BLT are lower. I think these numbers may take into account the property tax refund. Some properties were assessed much lower than anticipated, so the extra that they collected for estimated taxes should be credited back toward the dues.

Looks like a typo on SSR should be 5.8564 from what I am reading.
