DVC News has now a new story mentioning hurricane expenses for VB, HH, and ... SSR :O
They imagine the SSR expenses were in the THV, and “The amount comes to $.0143 per point. “

Bummer, bigger than expected increases for SSR and OKW. At least BWV had a small increase this year.

If these large increases continue at BLT, it is going to quickly lose it's "bargain" status among the resorts.

In case anyone else is interested the 30 cent increase at BLT breaks down to

10 cent increase for Operation Budget
11 cent increase for Capital Reserve fund
9 cent increase for ad valorem taxes

Noticed that there is no Copper Creek listed --- is there no change in MF because it just opened this year? Guess they don't want to scare off buyers with an increase to an already high MF
