2017 Chase Visa Epcot Lounge Location?

Can't seem to find where/if they are going to have a Disney Chase Visa Cardmember lounge in Epcot for this year. Heard they were building upstairs of The American Pavillion. I wonder if they have an alternate location. And does anybody know if they moved the free character pic location that was in Innoventions...assuming with all the construction it's closed off?TIA!

The character spot is still in the same spot and has not moved. There's currently no construction started at epcot as far as I know and if that character spot moves I'm sure it won't be for quite some time

And chase is no longer a sponsor so no lounge

Yes it moved to the Imagination Pavilion, as you approach go up to the left, it's across from spitting fountains. You'll see a sign.
