Is free dining allowed if you are staying in a beach club villa from DVC rentals? TIA!!

Nope, free dining cannot be had with any type of reservation on DVC points. You can only get free dining with a package reservation, usually with certain requirements like purchase of at least a 2 day ticket, 3 night minimum, and the last offer required either park hopper or Water Parks and More add on as well.
