I am really hoping for late October dates. And everyone in my family wishes it would release so I quit talking about it! Glad to watch these boards to see there are others like me! Haha!

My DH would love for the dates to come out so he doesn't have to hear about it anymore.

One more question for you experts: We have to have the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream. Is there any combination of desserts or snack credits or meal credits to use the Dining Plan to get one? :-D

I got a standard at CBR with no problems whatsoever. Granted, CBR standard rooms were available for a few weeks after FD was released for my dates last year (9/6-9/13).

Good to know our first choice is standard at CBR (close to those dates too!) Figure it's a good time to ask questions about room availability due to our antsy-ness!

Sorry, but no. It's a $28 dessert for 4 people. You will have to pay OOP if you want it.

Our first choice was CBR Standard but the only thing left was a Pirate room (because we overslept by 6 minutes!). Days later we were able to modify into a Preferred.

If you currently have a reservation and the free dining is released and your resort is included, can you call and ask for the free dining to be added to your package?

Yes, you can but the phone waits were 4+ hours

New here ~ just a logistical question ~ when/if free dining goes live, where exactly do I book online? disneyworld.disney.go.com? I need to book 2 rooms, but I would prefer online to calling to try to beat the rush. I have a MDE account, but I don't see a place to make a new reservation. I've read posts of people practicing booking, but I'm not sure where to practice! LOL!

How do you add the promotion if it's available for your package?

I woke up at 2:00 and it wasn't live yet and then woke up right around 2:25 or 2:30 and it was there. Other people reported only being able to book a Pirate room but when the dust settled, other rooms opened up.

It will be listed on this page:

Click "check availability" and then you'll be able to search your dates, resort, etc and book from there.

A lot of his posts are friends only. I can see them but it doesn't have the public icon.
I am just here for the rush. It was so much fun last year I didn't want to miss it again! We don't go again until 2017.
