This number? 407-939-4357 I called at least 6x today trying to work my magic on different CMs and got through in less than 2 mins each time. It dials to tech support. Then I just ask them to transfer me to Reservations, and someone immediately answered every time.

So, I booked early this morning at Pop for a solo trip. My mom informed me tonight that she might want to join me. Is adding a 2nd person to a reservation allowed? She said she won't know until early July. If I call Disney before free dining is over and add her to my room, will that be a problem if the resort is already sold out? I would love for her to join me, but I really don't want to lose out on my dining!

Yes. Why is that? There is still lots of availability in different room categories at CSR for my dates. Is it not popular?

For my dates in November there has been nothing but expensive suites available since 8am this morning. I have been going to this resort for years and stay in the same building. I have the disney visa and there were no rooms available on that either. People tend to avoid Coronado because it is a conference hotel so I am not sure why there are no rooms right now. I have never had a problem getting free dining but this year blows my mind. I will keep calling them and pray that something opens up soon.

Guys... ok, so does anyone have the FD showing up on MDE but NOT an email? Starting to worry now... lol, I'm so good at working myself up into a tizzy.

My FD and resort change took about 6 hours to show up. It's showing up now, but I never got an email.

Sept. 11 - Sept. 16. I cancelled the CSR room already but it doesn't look like it ever went back into the inventory because before I cancelled it CSR only showed the expensive rooms left and I never saw it changed once I cancelled. Or maybe someone just grabbed it fast.

When I called they told me they do not put rooms that are cancelled back into the free dining promotion. I don't get it. If someone cancels I thought it would pop back up online.

Thanks to all who walked a rookie thru. I almost didn't play, but then decided I was going to eat regardless and having a dining plan took one more decision off my back and ended the menu dilemma of getting the $10.99 entrée or the $13.99 entrée. I saw the promo drop when I woke up at 4 and saw the 5 night/6 day ticket and thought SOL and went back to bed. Over coffee around 7:30, I was reading to see how the rest of ya'll did and saw Blacks post about the duration not being a fixed rule. Hmmm. Then saw the other post about the price being higher because Disney was auto-upgrading to the table service plan. Lo and behold, I moved my dates over one day, did a new reservation for 8/23 and on the first try and the first cup of coffee, booked a new reservation at Pop for my chosen dates and after free dining, spent about $100 more than no dining for a 4 day trip. I'll take that! My savings is likely only about $100 as I am traveling as a solo, but it's $100 I can spend on something else and not be cheap on myself when I go to eat. I tried all day to get thru and cancel my room only reservation with no luck. Came home from work and it took 30 seconds online. I hope one of ya'll got the room!

I don't know what you were looking at but I found standard rooms on carribean beach for multiple dates that I tried. I just booked a second room for friends in case they decide to go. Not sure what you are entering.

I got fd at POR August 14-22! We are super happy!

4 person room? I'm trying to see if any 5 person rooms are even an option for FD...

The funny thing is how many people said for weeks that booking ahead of time guarantees you nothing. I almost booked 3 weeks ago with a travel agency and she said she'd check and try adding it, but I can guarantee you she wasn't logged in at 4 am checking tons of bookings. Went with my gut and waited and I'm glad I did. For those of you who tried modifying after the first time it said no I don't know why you list didn't book a second reservation and call back and cancel the original. I had the deal booked on my phone literally within about 3 minutes.

I tried that. My TA was actually up at 4:30 trying to get it for me and I was trying to get a new one at the same time.... Nothing on both ends.

Just keep trying, just keep trying, just keep trying, trying, trying... (Dory's voice)

When we went online this morning, there was NOTHING available for POR for our dates. Finally, a guest services lady figured it out and got us our dining as a modify on our existing res. But when we called an hour ago, there were several options for Royal rooms, which we wanted, and different views as well. Everything is moving so fast today that it is way to early to lose hope yet. This coming from me who was almost in tears last night as everyone kept getting their new FD at 4am while nothing was working for me. Theres a good chance you guys can still get what you need!

She will get the FD too! Matter of fact, she has to. Everyone in your reservation has to have the same package.

I was looking at WL earlier in the year, but yes, the refurbishments are obviously the reason so low rates. They seem to be quite extensive and my 9 you DS would be devastated without the main pool

I believe the main pool will be open.

Crossing my fingers. Have been waiting almost 30 minutes. I just hung up and pressed 4 and it says wait time of only 11 minutes. Both times before said over 90 minutes.

Last year, my TA was not able to get us FD the day it was released. However, she and I both kept checking the website religiously. I was able to get it within a week or two of the initial release. So don't give up hope!

But will I be able to add her without any issues? She totally wants the free dining! But would they have to cancel my current reservation and then hope we could book a new one or can they simply add her to my current reservation without any issues? It would probably be something that doesn't happen until July 6th or 7th and at that point most, if not all, of the rooms will be gone so I don't want to have to cancel and rebook to add 1 more person. Since that would only put us at 2 people in the room, I can't see the price of the room changing and would only have to pay for her ticket, right?

We have a bounceback booked for august and honestly if we didn't have that, I really don't think I would of gotten free dining. It seems like this year was extremely limited and when I went on line at 7am to see if there was availability for CBR, there was NO fd available at all. I really think if Disney is going to offer so few rooms for fd, they should just end it. People get their hopes up and then there is barely any availability. I would love to know how many rooms were available for fd?
