Time to stand up! Remember windmills from when you were little? 30 secs, go! Touch those toes! Now lunges, lunges, lunges.....feel the burn. Okay now modified burpees (because everybody hates burpees) - squat down to the floor, stand up, knee lift knee lift. Repeat 5 times. Walk to the kitchen, get yourself a new refreshing beverage! And rest.
I skipped all of that except the kitchen and refreshing beverage part, but I'm a little more awake, lol.
