2016 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: September 14 - November 14, 2016

There is no PFTS, French Family Meal Traditions, Culinary Adventures with a Master Chef, or Parisian Afternoon in September, but there are a number of other special events available:

Trader Sam's, Secret of Flavor, Beverage Boot Camp, What's Cooking with, Mediterranean F&W Pairing, Morocco F&W Pairing, Italian Regional F&W Pairing, Parisian Breakfast, Mexican Tequila Lunch, Hibachi Experience, Japanese Craft Beer Tasting, Tokyo Pairing, Culinary Adventures in Signature Dining, Cheese Seminar, Rockin' Burger Block Party....... I think I got them all! ;)

Seems like everything BUT the cheese tasting is after I leave :/ I like the cheese idea, but not sure I want to pay $180+ for cheese. Oh well, I'm just excited to be going! Whats the chase lounge all about? do i need to call in tomorrow to book any part of that?

The chase lounge is free. You just need to show you have a chase card. It' a nice break with the free drinks, chairs, and air con!

The Hibachi Experience is like you would expect, as in a group of people sitting around a hot table top while an amusing Japanese chef makes your meal and jokes. However, the W&D Experience is so much more! The amount of food and free flowing drinks was amazing. Actually too much food to eat all of each course. And the quality of the food was phenomenal. And they don't skimp, either. I remember really enjoying the lobster tail course, even though I'm not a lobster fan. There is a full support staff as well, besides the chef and host, both of whom were knowledgeable, personable, and amusing. We had a great time, two years ago. We did not go last year though, so...

Last year the Hibachi experience was not as good as in years past. The food was good, but not stellar. I think we are going to pass this year.

Sitting here drinking coffee waiting for early visa booking with my list.

Glad that there seems to be no premium package this year because we were going to book it. Now we are hoping for two lunches and a breakfast for just a little bit more. And now I feel like I have more freedom - don't "have to" be at the booths from Monday - Thursday :)

25 minutes to go

I just booked a few beverage seminars online a few minutes ago - give it a try if you don't mind foregoing the $2 discount.! Might only be for the Chase Disney Visa holders, but it's worth a try!

Good luck to everyone today, going for 2 smaller seminars and mix it experiences but hope i can grab them.

Good luck to everyone calling in this morning!
I just made reservations for Culinary demos, cheese seminar, and what's cooking with on line!
Did you have to use a Disney Visa as the payment method??

I'm on hold, 45 minute wait. Where do i make ressies online? I mean exactly where at my disney experience?

Both my Mix It Seminars are booked!

Got right in on the phone line as well to see if Disney Visa is allowing booking of the Mexican Tequila Lunch
