2016 Dining Plan

My budget-friendly friends...

Quick question... We are planning for a May 2016 trip. My wife wants to get the dining plan so it is paid for in advance and we don't have to worry about menu prices and such. Anyway, when we look at the 2016 Disney Dining Plan PDF, there are only 3 Epcot restaurants listed in the Table Service section: Biergarten, Coral Reef and Rose & Crown. Akerhaus is also listed under the Character Dining section and Le Cellier under the Signture Dining section. Does that mean the other Epcot table service restaurants are not included in the dining plan? I am thinking of San Angel in Mexico, China restaurant, Japan restaurant, Morocco restaurant, Italian restaurant, etc.

You'll get a better response in the dining forum. But, in general, most of the Epcot restaurants are owned by third parties and they don't finalize negotiations until very close to the end of the year. They always join, or always have in the past, but the brochure won't get updated until late in December.

In our experience most of the other Epcot restaurants join in later after negotiations are completed like the pp said.

Pretty much every park restaurant along with Disney owned resort restaurants all take the dining plan.
