2016 Construction & Refurbishment

Hi everyone,

We are approaching our 7-month window and it is my intent to avoid construction, enhancement, and refurbishment. Would you please review my list and tell me if it is accurate and complete?

AKV - Soft goods refurbishment, first Jambo House then Kidani Village
BCV - Full refurbishment planned
BLT - Soft goods refurbishment planned
BWV - Exterior painting and balcony maintenance throughout the resort; Inn wing of BoardWalk closed for reimagining (i.e., ESPN retail store, Flying Fish Cafe, Seashore Sweets, and Yard Arcade)
VWL - Reimagining through 2018

BCV has started.

No dates for BLT have been announced.

Poly's pool area is still under construction, although the pool itself may be done soon. Not sure the status of any other buildings nearby.

Thank you for the updates. Several discussion boards are projecting a late spring opening for the Oasis pool.

Allears had dates for BLT in their newsletter on Tue:

Villas at Bay Lake Tower will have a "soft goods" refurbishment April 2 - October 14, 2016. Soft goods typically consist of design materials including bedding, wall, window and floor coverings and upholstery.

I would have loved this before our March visit. Really, really want sheers on the windows.

Inlaws just got back from OKW and there are several buildings there that are not in use while they do exterior renovations of some sort.
