2015 Point Chart confusion

I am a little perplexed and maybe someone out there has the answer to this. I own at SSR and I love it there and stay there most often but I also like to try out the other resorts too. In looking at the 2015 PC I notice the following:

AKV Value studio, BCV studio, GFV standard studio, and VWL Studio have ZERO point per night increase from Adventure to Choice Seasons?????

BLT has a 1 point increase from season to season

BWV and OKW have ZERO increase on the weekday and a 1 point per night for FRi and Sat

SSR has a 2 point per night increase from season to season and I do not understand why SSR would see the biggest point per night increase across property. Does any one know the answer to this?

The point chart is designed to even out demand throughout the year. SSR is probably lower than those others most of the time.

Not really its actually in the middle
More than AKV, OKW, and BWV and less than BLT GFV BCV VWL so it id right in the middle but received the highest increase in Points from season to season. just curious

Each resort has a different make up of rooms and each has a different total number of points. There is no requirement that re-allocations match between resorts (nor is that desirable and probably not even possible given the different make-ups). Each resort could even have different "seasons" if DVC thought it necessary.

I guess it depends on how you look at it. Effective 2013, the Treehouse Villas went up in points about 15% per night all year. The effect was to lower points per night for other rooms with varying effects in different seasons, e.g., SSR studio for adventure season went down 5 points a week while magic season stayed the same. In other words SSR had a skewed and significant change not experienced by other resorts with the result that many rooms at times got cheaper depending on room and season, so trying to compare it room-to-room and season-to-season with other resorts does not work anymore.
