My agent is a quick phone call away. Yes, we can hand pick rooms, or we tell her the type of room we want and she books it.

Price is the same, but she gives us a $200. onboard credit for cruises 7 days or longer, so it's actually cheaper than booking it ourselves.

in 2009 we booked via Disney website, then transferred it to an online TA (can't remember which one) and got a ship credit. But I remember it all being via email and it taking days for back and forth communication. I feel like time is of the essence for a good deal.

I don't need my specific cruise date to get a ballpark price range for what my specific cruise date might be based on the other cruises around that time.
