2015 Catering PDF?

Can any of the 2015 brides tell me if they are still using the catering PDF that says "expires in 2013" or if they have an updated one? If they have an updated one, would anyone be willing to share it?

They're still using the same pdfs, though there is an additional one as well. But the additional one is pretty much a set of pre-fixe menu options that include food/beverage/cake, but you can't change anything in them. But they're all mostly based off the menus already in the pdf.
