You won't be able to book online until they announce the 2014 prices. They probably won't announce that for another month or so. But you can call WDW and reserve the room now. They will not guarantee your room rate now, but they will take the reservation.

You can call WDW directly for 2014 reservations but the reservation will be subject to the rate release which is usually released in August.

Thanks! I have only tried online. Unfortunately I am getting a cast member to reserve and get a discount so I will have to wait, but at least I know when to expect the rates to come out!
