I asked two days ago (I have a trip coming up) and was told by the end of January.

I got the same reply, end of January! I asked whether I should hold off purchasing an annual pass and it took a week to get an email reply stating they were not aware of what the new perks would be, but they would be announced by the end of Jan. hope it's all good stuff and worth the wait!

Many of the 2013 discounts are probably still valid. Simply ask if there are any discounts available when you purchase or dine.
