When are January hours usually released?

I know they were up in dec last yr for jan 2013. We went for new yrs eve. Can't remember if they were up in nov or not.

We went on the 30th and it was a good crowd. We have AP so wee only went to see the christmas shows so during the day we visited attractions. The 31st was dead from the morning til evening. After dark the crowds came out. We went to the wniter wonderland ice show early so we would have good seats for the countdown/fireworks after the ice show. It was a lot of fun.
